BRITISH COLUMBIA ROTAX-MAX CHALLENGE SERIES 2007

The 2007 British Columbia Max Challenge will be run under the following guidelines.

  1. The 2007 series will consist of 8 races with 2 throwaways.    
  2. Each competitor should register for the challenge with Bulldog Motorsports. 
  3. There will be 4 Championships as follows:
    • Western Canadian Rotax-Max Junior Champion 143kg.
    • Western Canadian Rotax-Max Senior Rookie of the Year 165kg.
    • Western Canadian Rotax-Max 32 and over Champion 165kg.
    • Western Canadian Rotax-Max Senior Champion 165kg.
  4. To be eligible to compete at the ASN Nationals for the RMC Canadian Championship drivers must have competed in at least 3 qualifier races (50% of the qualifier races) prior to the Nationals in August.

British Columbia Supplemental Rules- 2007

1.      Qualifying order will be based on the point standings after race #1. For race #1 the computer will random pick the order.

2.      The spec 2-cycle oils are Motul 2T oils.

3.      Fuel testing as per ASN standards. The meter is set to zero using the test sample and each competitor must not exceed (+ or – 10) The oil mix rate for the test samples will be 40:1.  A Spec. fuel station and pump to be posted at each event.

4.      The Rotax Spec tire is the Mojo dry Tire and the Mojo wet tire.  There is a 4 tire rule in effect.  All classes to use 7.10 rear tires

5.      The age for Rotax-Max Senior is 15+ class weight is 165kg.   A Senior Driver must be 15 years of age by the first event they participate in

6.      Each class will receive 1 Championship Trophy

7.      U.S. competitors are eligible to compete in the BCRMC with U.S. purchased engines and a U.S. dealer may seal the engines.

8.      Rookie is defined as a driver new to the sport or a junior driver moving up to Senior.
